Such an amazing broth, garlic and spice. Everything was amazingly done. I'd advise not to add the seaweed to it though...

I've tried many ramen restaurants because I LOVE ramen but this one didn't do it for me.You order your ramen with a machine first which is pretty normal, then you can customize your broth (how much garlic, spicyness you want or how thick the noodles) and I thought this was nice.Though I choose my ramen spicy but it wasnt spicy enough. Usually in restaurants you have some sauce or garlic available on the side but not this one...The ramen was Ok, the noodles were very salty and I left not feeling too good.We were sitting at the counter and you are being served through a window with no other interaction with the waiter unless you ring the bell.The hostess was very nice though.

Ichiran Ramen is essential ramen tasting or consuming, it's a must for if you're visiting Japan. And this store is opened 24 hours, so there's no excuse for you missing it!!

Franchise of the famous ramen stall. Still amazed me how they kept the standards throughout the chains. Ramen was delicious and soup was superb. Order a 930 yen ramen with adds on (egg, extra meat, noodle refill) via the machine and was asked to filled in the order request form for the noodle (soup thickness, richness, spicy level, etc). Don't sweat about the form as there are recommended level stated in the form itself. Best thing of all, it's open 24 hrs! Will definitely visit irchian again!

This is a chain restaurant for those who aren't well versed in Japanese food places. The one they have here is really good. Basically, what you do is order your ramen at the vending machine at the door, and wait for a table (or booth). When you sit down, you get a card that lets you customize your ramen, from broth richness to noodle hardness. They do a really good job with making whatever it is you order. Never any issues here!

I wasnt satisfied with Ichiran in Osaka so I decided to give it another try in Hiroshima. The shop is spacious and didnt have any queue. The ramen was simply delicious
